King’s Fall, will be Destiny’s third raid and takes place on the Dreadnaught, Oryx’s ship, which is situated among the rings of Saturn. There, fans will take on Oryx, who is still not over your repeated killings of his son Crota.
Destiny’s first and original raid, the Vault of Glass which took place on Venus, went live September 16th a week after the game launched. Destiny’s first expansion, The Dark Below, brought Crota’s End on the Moon, which was made available with the launch of the expansion on December 9th. Destiny’s second expansion, House of Wolves, did not ship with a 6 player raid on May 19th – instead it came with a different 3 player co-op activity called Prison of Elders.
By the time The Taken King launches on September 15th, it will have been over 275 days since players have had a new raid in Destiny.

At launch, players on PlayStation platforms will gain access to additional content, including a Strike, a Crucible map, three sets of gear, and an exotic weapon — exclusive until at least fall 2016.
