Microsoft’s E3 2017 press conference is less than a week away and coming along with it will be the full reveal of their next console, known now as Project Scorpio. But of course, as with every E3 in recent years, the closer we get, the more leaks and rumors seem to sprout up.
Earlier today, NeoGAF user yoonshik discovered that Microsoft had filed for a trademark of a familiar “S” logo in Europe early last month. The trademark was filed under two classifications, class 9 and class 28. These cover “computer game software” and “video game consoles” respectively, clearly placing it somewhere under Microsoft’s Xbox brand.
What do you think Project Scorpio will be called when it’s released later this year? Anything else you’re excited for at this year’s E3? Let us know!
